ABOUT
Marketing leadership grounded in experience, clarity, and accountability.
I work with founders and leadership teams who know marketing matters, but don’t want to guess their way through it.
My background spans senior marketing leadership, strategic planning, and guiding teams through periods of growth where marketing exists but lacks clear direction. I’m often brought in when companies have traction, talent, and ambition, but no one fully accountable for making marketing decisions that support the business.
My role is to bring structure, clarity, and leadership to that gap.
My work focuses on providing senior-level oversight and direction through Fractional CMO services.
WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with organizations at different stages of growth, often stepping in when marketing activity was high but alignment was low.
What I consistently bring:
- Strategic thinking tied directly to business goals
- The ability to quickly identify what’s working and what’s waste
- Comfort making decisions others hesitate to make
- Clear leadership for internal teams and external partners
This allows companies to move forward with intention instead of reacting to the loudest idea in the room.
HOW I THINK ABOUT MARKETING
Marketing should support growth, not distract from it.
That means:
- Clear priorities instead of endless initiatives
- Leadership over tactics
- Accountability over activity
- Willingness to stop doing what isn’t working
I don’t believe in overbuilt strategies or constant reinvention. I believe in direction that teams can follow and decisions that hold up over time.
You can read more about my approach on the page outlining how a Fractional CMO works.
WHO I WORK BEST WITH
I work best with leaders who:
- Value experience over hype
- Want honest feedback, not validation
- Are open to being challenged
- Care about building something sustainable
This work requires trust and a shared commitment to clarity. When that’s present, progress follows.
If you’re looking for senior marketing leadership without the overhead, let’s talk.
A strategy call helps determine fit on both sides.
No pitches. No pressure. Just a clear conversation.
